1950's silk chiffon designer wedding dress / Pandora / beaded lace / covered buttons / Size XS/S / A-line princess ballgown / rare vintage

Rare vintage designer gown by Marie of Pandora. This designer is one of my favorites from the era. Every dress is so feminine and romantic! The details are intricate and so unique. This gown is made in a champagne silk chiffon and features a wide (just barely) off the shoulder neckline, with beaded lace appliques adorning the bodice, shoulders, and hips. Princess style seaming along bodice with elegantly gathered chiffon across the neckline and at the hips. Covered buttons down the back and at the writs of the tapered long sleeves. The skirt has some built in crinoline, but an additional crinoline would make the silhouette of this gown even more jaw dropping!

*Condition* Very good vintage condition. No rips, holes, or noticeable stains. The dress had a very brief bath in a mild detergent, but there was some slight loss of the shine to the beads so I discontinued any further cleaning. I think it was just enough to freshen it up and make it wearable again.

This gown definitely has a small waist, but larger bust measurement and quite long!
Model is an XS, 5'3" bust 32" waist 25" hips 36" and it was rather large in the bust and too long. It would work much better on someone taller.
