sold out
Truly stunning liquid satin wedding gown from the 1930's! This beautiful dress features a gathered neckline with the prettiest little flowers made from satin cording and pinwheel centers encircling the neck. It has Dolman style sleeves that taper down to the wrists and close with covered buttons. The waist is an inverted V with a formfitting bias cut skirt and chapel length train. The back of the dress closes with a hook and eye and covered buttons and has an open design. (I'll be adding a photo of this feature) In addition to the back opening there is a line of snaps on the side which make it easier to get in and out of. The attached belt has a little snap, but I think it was originally made to be worn with a belt clasp which was popular at the time.

*Condition* Very good vintage condition. There is some staining on the inside of the hem and train of the dress but it isn't visible from the outside of the fabric when worn. A couple scuffs to the satin on one sleeve. The gown has been cleaned and restored and is ready to wear! Please refer to photos before purchasing.

Estimated size Small-Medium (This dress is bias cut so it will fit a range of sizes. The measurements listed below are the max the dress "stretches". Also please note that with a bias cut the wider your hips and waist are the shorter the dress will be.)
